I think chocolate is a real mood booster. Not the sugary milk chocolate, but a nice quality creamy dark chocolate. When I sit down and actually enjoy the slightly bitter flavor, my mood is always better.

That is a very good idea, I have never tried that, but I read once that chocolate has so many different flavors it really is more interesting and takes more to taste than other foods.
